I learned this when I visited Marcelo's several years ago. Paul Schreiner was teaching it in a nogi class and I've been working on it ever since. One of the main attractions for me was that it made it difficult for higher weight classes to throw me over. The main drawback I've been running into is someone who is determined to push your head away can cause a bunch of problems.

DC, Velasquez, Khabib, and whole AKA wrestling squad uses this Posted Hand-on-Cage every time when they're wall wrestling. Really pins the opponent to the cage effortlessly. I've also had to use it myself few times while wrestling (in MMA competitions); worked like a charm.

Amazing way of explaining the styles. Tying them together to the more important concept of cross facing either with shoulder or head, while always keeping that far underhook. Thank you!
