I was of 128 kgs in January 2019 and loss 30 kg weight by August 2019. Then I left doing exercise which again increased my weight from 98 kg to 101 kg. Since then I realized you can not leave exercises and eating in panic. Today my weight is 69 kg.

Sir I am following your Jaadu Diet and interestingly approx 6 kg weight lost in correct one month . As i am depending on one time out side food(Tiffin meal-home cooked) and one time jaadu diet with zero oil and result is awesome. Thank you sir🙏🙏🙏🙏 84 to 78 and will continue till 60 kg..

Doctor Saab, is it practical to not eat Roti or Rice for long term? I agree that have dinner early but leaving roti or rice may not be practically possible...Eat fruits and raw vegetables but please allow some roti and brown rice also in diet.
