Bahria Town Karachi is providing a very high class lifestyle to its residents with international standard facilities. Availability of uninterrupted electricity*, *regular water supply through a highly reliable water pumping system and ongoing provision of SNG to replace LPG cylinders have made BTK one of the best Housing Societies. To achieve this, a very heavy amount is being spent by BTK Management for those facilities which are provided to the residents.
As it is not possible for BTK Management to bear these expenses for ever, therefore it has been felt appropriate to charge a small part of these expenses from the residents as fixed charges in utility bills(only 25% of total expenses are being charged as Fixed Charges). However, it has been noticed that few residents don't want to pay these charges.
It needs to be appreciated that if residents don't contribute towards these expenses and not pay the bills then *BTK Management will be constrained to go for usual load shedding, switching off avenue lights and discontinue regular water supply, rather residents may be getting water through private bowsers. Moreover, all those who will not clear bills, their utilities will be disconnected*.
In this backdrop, residents are advised to pay this small amount of fixed charges along with their utilities bills within due date to avoid any inconvenience.
