I guess it is better to receive orthodontics treatment instead of cosmetic treatment as brace will not damage the teeth much.

this is solved by wearing a fixed prosthesis and not crowns. the whole jaw is in question with such a thrown out bite and this is not solved by crowns. orthodontics is not invented for free.

Yup, you can still get brackets placed on porcelain (PFM) crowns and the teeth will still move.

you, sir, first of all did not even brush your teeth. acknowledge yourself and others. it can be seen, by the plaque, by the inflamed gums. it's all the result of not brushing your teeth. bad teeth are a consequence of your poor hygiene. so the only culprit is you. and dental crowns require good hygiene, so make sure you at least maintain what you paid for in the future. the easiest thing to say is I have bad teeth.
