It works! 😍 I had driving anxiety for 2 years. Mostly I was scared of driving trough a city and the next day after listening to this I drove home from work and I was suprised how calm I was while driving 🤯 I parked my car and almost started to cry because I was so proud of myself. The next day I drove to work and then back home and I’m getting better in driving. THANK YOU 🙏🏻❤️
Happy and proud of you. I developed anxiety driving through big cities and expressways as well. It was never a thing for me until my bout with Covid 19 back in 2020. Just yesterday I drove across a big bridge on the expressway with help of my wife and positive affirmation. I felt so proud and emotional as well.
Well done! I passed first time 19 years ago, but haven't driven for many years!!!! Having refresher lessons, but had a really bad lesson today, traffic much worse than it used to be, I wish I could get my confidence back like what I had... {lived in a city where driving was not necessary, and relied of someone else in family to drive, but I need my independence.. I need to get confidence again.
I am a mother of three, I pray this helps me..I want to have a normal life and be able to have the freedom my children and I deserve!! honestly this felt amazing at one point I couldn't feel my body I felt as if I was floating..thank you so much for your video..God bless you!
Same here! Three children and a car parked outside and I am petrified of driving. I never go anywhere I haven’t been before. I am so scared of getting lost, if not understanding the markings in the road. Even though I passed my test here with only one minus.
I'm a mother of 4 as well and I am also scared on getting out in traffic and being able to keep up with it it. I have 6 more days til road test and I pray to God Almighty that I pass with flying colors because I am tired of walking, depending on Uber and Lyft and asking for ppl and family for rides who don't have my best interest at heart 😭
This helped me tremendously. I started having panic attacks out of nowhere while driving. Certain areas would trigger. It was ruining my life. I stumbled upon this video and committed to it. Very positive results after trying numerous things that did nothing. I can't thank you enough!!! 😊😊
Hi I have the same problem.panic attack while driving.some days worse than others it's ruined my life I would love to go driving to town or to visit my son .I can't keep appointments or visit my friend.i live in the country so it's difficult.
I suffer panic attacks at the very thought of driving very far. I'm terrified of lorries passing me on the motorway. I am a wreck with nerves when driving. You sound a bit like me. I hope this therapy works for us x
I cant lie i was skeptical af when i first saw this but going through the whole thing before a lesson is helping me out so much. I used to get so nervous before a lesson to the point where id want to cancel it but after this i feel so ready and energized, ready to learn and to be able to have freedom in this world.
thank you so much , for many years a person had told me I was never going to drive a car .. till NOW !!!! because I'm a CALM CONFIDENT DRIVER✨ God bless you Sir.
Thank you! I suffer with driving anxiety and post traumatic stress from an accident I had 10 years ago. I’m pulling myself out of this rut. Forcing myself to drive when I am uncomfortable. Just found this video. Read the positive comments. I am going to listen to it every morning. This is my first session. Felt great to relax and affirm myself. I am a calm confident driver. Doesn’t matter where I drive for how long. Whether I’m coming or going. On the freeway or in the mountains. Or in bridges or in valleys. I am a calm confident driver! Thank you! See you tomorrow. 😃
After years of having a major fear of driving I passed first time yesterday, before I got into the car I thought of this video and repeated to myself that I am a calm and confident driver. Thank you!
Hope this helps im a mommy i want to drive calmly and safely for my kids and i have no help from anyone for my anxiety Thank you so much for this video and god bless you.
Thank you !! I suffer with panic attacks while driving. Started out of nowhere. Now I avoid freeways, red light, turning left. I listened and will continue to listen. God bless you and anyone else who struggles with driving anxiety! Need to redirect our minds
wow thank you so much!! i failed my first driving test and i had a severe driving anxiety but now it got so much better!!! my driving teacher already complimented me that i got a lot calmer! this hypnosis is a blessing and i am confident that i can pass my next driving test!! love and light to all who have anxiety! yu can do it💗🦋
I have my test in a few days. I reschedule a few wks back due to my anxiety. I don't feel no where near as worries as before. Here's hoping this week is my week. Good luck to you to xx
Just got my license and I watched this video last night so I wouldn't be scared to drive myself to work and It helped so much I drove to work and back home not being scared , but very confident thank you so much for this video !!😊
I listened to this a lot a couple years ago when I was working on getting my drivers license. I had the worst anxiety when it came to driving, but I had a goal to get my license before I turned 30. This definitely helped, not instantly, and I ofcourse had to put the work in, but it made it easier. Now I've had my license for over 2 years now, drive every day. whenever I get anxious, I just automatically think, "I am a calm, confident driver." 😂
Wow, this is exactly what I hope for! It's incredible how those suggestions like 'I am a calm, confident driver' can become an automatic, empowering response. You're proof that hypnosis can have lasting, real-world benefits.
I had an accident and because of this I had not driven in 10 years. Well recently with the help of this session I drove 2 hours to my girlfriends house and it felt amazing. Thank you so much :)
Thank you so much for this! I've been having major issues driving, getting lots of anxiety at red lights and on highways, which is making my entire body tighten up right from the neck and then down through my body and into my head a bit. I initially thought it was a neck issue since I've been having a lot of neck issues, but I now believe it is more with anxiety. Honestly, the calming feeling from this and the thoughts going into my head of "I am a calm and confident driver" while driving really has helped me the past 2 days. I'm going to give this a go daily if I can until this anxiety feeling is gone! Usually hypnosis doesn't work for me, but just by listening to this without going into relaxation (I'll listen while doing something else) is just enough.
THANK YOU! I watched this yesterday and this morning on the train on my way to my exam and it helped so much ! I was taking the exam for the 3rd time and the 2 last time I used to panick during the exam but today was so calm (still just a little stressed)... and i got my licence ! I’m so thankful for this video !!!
Thank you so much! This was extremely helpful to pass my driving test! I found this video out of desperation after having a really unhelpful professor who was always telling me that I would fail or make mistakes durign the test. I did this the night before the exam and around 3 times before the test. I was nervous but was really focused and attentive during my test. Had never done this before and I am amazed! Thanks soooo much!
Thank you. This helped me pass my driving test first time. I had so much anxiety about it-after listening to this a few times. I was talking to the examiner like he was a good friend. I felt so confident and I hadn’t noticed when we finished. Time went by so quickly. I now listen to this before I get on the motorway and it’s really helping along with my relaxing essential oils.
I suffer from driving anxiety and it started out of nowhere after I got pregnant with my third child. I avoid hills up hill and downhill and bridges and long distances. I stumbled across your session today and I thank you. I now believe I can be a calm and confident driver with time.
I'm going to listen to this a lot. I passed my test 8 years ago and didn't drive at all afterwards. I now have 2 children and need a car for school runs etc. I've just started taking refresher lessons, only has one so far and it went pretty well. I've also been pushing myself into dropping off and picking up the kids from school in my own car however I am riddled with anxiety about it. I work myself up before hand and I'm usually physically shaking when I first get into the car. I dread things like not being able to find a parking space, the road being so busy that I can't get where I need to be and I'm always second guessing when it comes to thing like who's right of way it is etc. It's honestly the worst feeling. I need to get over these nerves as I feel it's holding me back. I feel like the nerves never ever left me while I was doing my lessons all those years ago and even after I passed my test I wondered how I'd done it. It's just such an intimidating experience for me and I hope along with videos like this and my refresher lessons I can finally be comfortable on the roads.
Hi! I am in the exact same boat as you are. I took lessons and passed my exam while i was pregnant but once covid started and everything went into lockdown, i didn't drive at all and now I've got 2 young kids and i want to be able to drive myself when i need some alone time, and be able to pick up my oldest from daycare. I hope you are much more confident now!
I’ve passed my test yesterday with 4 minors! I listened to this but I have anxiety so I’ve also took 20mg propranolol that my GP recommended before the test. I was sooo calm/chilled and confident! I didn’t even pay attention to the examiner, only focused on the roads! It helped me a lot!! I’ve failed twice 4 years ago due to being nervous. If you have anxiety like me and get nervous with the examiner watching you I recommend go to your GP and explain the situation! Good luck guys!
I have to get my permit in a few days and have to drive with my drivers Ed teacher this winter. I think this will really help me with my driving anxiety. Thank you so much!
I am so happy you have uploaded this. I do have a phobia of driving and starting this week. I dont want my phobia to overcome my dream. Thank you I have also subbed, liked, and watching more of your videos
First time listening to this! Looking to finally conquer this sudden fear of freeways and sharp downhill roads. Neither scenario bothered me in my early or mid 20s, but the past few months have been tough. I'll be using this daily!
All of a sudden I have suffering driving anxiety and panic attacks, I have avoiding driving all together. I don’t drive on freeways My heart starts going real,y fast when at lights and my driving leg goes to jelly all I want to do is to pull over . It came out of no where as iv been driving for 25 years . I’ll try anything to get. back normal again
I got a few panic attacks out of nowhere while driving last March. The first attack was with my little girl in the car, so I refused to drive with her in the car after that (for her safety). Then, I got them again and refused to drive altogether. I'm not afraid of the lack of safety while driving; I'm afraid to have another panic attack. I want my life back. I want my freedom back. I hope this helps.
I’d like to thank you for this. I’ve been listening it for the last days and I really think it helped me a lot! I passed today my practical test first time and when I was driving and nervous I kept saying inside me I’m a calm and confident driver. Many thanks 💕
I’m gonna listen to this tonight before I sleep then I’ll practice driving tomorrow. Hope this helps. I have a lot of anxiety when driving. My hand sweat on the steering wheel. I’ll update once there are any improvements. Wish me luck!
I am suffering an anxiety disorder which really affect my driving. I am panicking when I am changing lanes especially going to the right. I have been driving for 15 years until I experienced my first panic attack last three years ago since then I was not same as before. I hope this will help me go through.
Same situation here! It truly sucks, like I have lost my freedom and confidence of driving (5 years since my panic attack and now I have anxiety in the car every time). I’m about to listen to this now, I do hope it helps the both of us.
I was a very confident driver but then due to stress brought on by family issues i had an anxiety attack on my way to work. It took me a while to recover. I still drive now but have a deep fear of motorways and being stuck in traffic. I find it hard to drive long distances alone. I constantly fear I am going to have another attack. This is really hurting me but I wont give up.
Your hypnosis vids are the best, thank you! They never fail to relax me, even in the most anxious situations. And I'm usually a hypnosis sceptic! I could just do with this playing while I have my driving test ;)
I'm trying this, but find it difficukt to relax and stop my thoughts. Used to love driving but after a traumatic medical situation I suffered panic attacks, also behind the wheel. I do still drive ( have to drive to work, a 45 min drive), some days are okay and other times a panic attacks hits. Will try this and hope it does something.
Thank you so much for this! I just completed my 2nd driving lesson and felt a lot less anxious thank you so much ❤️ i used this with the other driving test one you did. " I am a confident driver!!!" ❤️ bless you xox
I'm 41 and I have my driving test tomorrow morning.😬 Last driving lesson didn't go too well and my teacher thought it would be better to move the test once more but it would mean that next driving lessons would be four to five weeks from now and that's too much waiting for my nerves. The main problem this whole time is that I haven't had the chance to drive enough because of our schedules. But I know that I am capable of driving safely if I can somehow control my nerves. I really really hope this helps me too! When I get my license, then I can truly start training to be good driver because then I can drive whenever it suits me. Wish me luck! ☺️
I passed!!!!😍😍😍😍 I'm absolutely thrilled and happy and and and... This is unbelievable!!! I managed to accomplish something that I never thought I could do. For over twenty years I've been telling myself that I'm never going to have driver's license and I had to win my fear and anxiety so many times during this time. For months (I live far away from my driving school and I had to wait a week or two between lessons and all that waiting made me even more anxious about driving and even at today morning I was totally devastated and almost panicking and I thought I couldn't make it) I've been so stressed and tense and had to keep myself together... And now, what a relief!!! I can't even describe this feeling...this is so huge accomplishment for me!!! Biggest thing I've ever accomplished in my whole life!! And I thank you for that. Your video helped me a lot, even though english isn't my first language. I still can't believe that I have a driver's license!! 😄 I'm so unbelievably happy now! Thank you!!! ♥️
My driving anxiety is so bad I won't even set off.. I have tried everything I am desperate for this to work ..I'll update after 2 weeks of listening before bed
@@BossingThoughts thank you! I am listening every night. I hate the fact that I think thoughts like what if I'm just a terrible driver and this is a warning ⚠️😞 I'll report back if there is improvement 🙂
I'm not sure if you will see this. I hope you do. I have anxiety anyways on a day to day basis. My car was always my route of escape and I always felt safe. However..... I had a Panick attack while driving and now my brain associates Panick with driving. Needless to say.... I'm now a anxious wreck when I drive, anytime, anywhere cos I'm scared il have another Panick attack while driving. I don't like stopping at traffic lights, I don't like being in the middle lane as I think what if I need to get out I can't cos I'm surrounded by cars, I get hot flushes, sweat, shake and feel sick. Its ruining my life as its making it hard for me to get anywhere. Driving to work in the mornings is a mess and I end up in such a state for the rest of the day. 😞 I've listened to your video this morning and I'm praying that this will help me today as I go about 'normal' life 🙏🏼
It's the 21th of May, I have my driver license since 4 years but Iits been two years since the last time I drove. I listend to this for th fist time today. I will try to listen to this a few more times and I hope to drive again someday.
Listening to this as I'm taking lessons right now but find myself freezing when crossing traffic light start over thinking then making alot of mistakes doesn't help instructor shouting also hopefully id get me licence this year let's see...
I’ve been driving almost 10 years. It still terrifies me. Something so every day that people can do so effortlessly, and I can’t even leave my house to get groceries. It’s humiliating.
It's all about changing you're mindset. You can start with your own self talk. Start telling yourself you are feeling calmer each time you drive. That and with this session things will get better.
I really hope this helps when i do my test soon. Been listening to you most nights for a few weeks. I feel more confident...but not sure if itll keep my nerves away on tge actual day. Thank you for taking the time to try to help us all.
Although this is addressing driving in general, I assume, I don't have anxiety about driving, but was particularly interested in having anxiety about going across big Bridges (long and high). As I was looking at the comments I realized that because I haven't had to for many years, I've forgotten that I have anxiety about driving on the freeway! Also driving in snow, but we almost never have it here so maybe I shouldn't worry about that lol I will check out this video for driving in general... I'm hoping it will help how I deal with Bridges.
Thank you for this awesome video!! It really helped me for my driving test. I was wondering if you could make a video to help me with my social anxiety
Hi Gary, thank you so much for your kindness and generosity, I wonder would it be possible to post a session on how to stop internet addiction please, thanks again.
I've been driving for 26 years in highways ( raining days, at night , alone, 700 km at once), and now im afraid of driving 2 km, panic of red lights, traffic, viaducts, tunnels. Does this help for my panic attack? I'm really afraid of fainting while driving
