A short trip to the nearby forrest for some mushroom gathering and recollection of thoughts.
I took with me a beautiful G# bass from my collection to do some soul mending.
I must admit, it's very impractical for carrying with you through the woods, but that gave me some food four thought for the future.
Otherwise, verry practical to "get lost" with it in the woods, recollect your thoughts and just be.
