I had really bad stomach ache for years on a daily bases. Had ultrasounds and did heaps of other stuff. When I really came under attack with my thinking it got 10 X worse. Then I got it. I changed everything and moved on . Now if I get it and that’s if I breath out the bad and breath in peace I can now do it in 4 breaths. I had no idea I was sick from my thoughts. It’s golden
Where can we find how to practice this I love Joe dispenza but he talks so fast about complex subject matters I can’t even process fully what he saying my brain needs to absorb it
Great stuff,,, i was doing this excersie when start learning driving motorcycle,,, i was imagining doing driving begore bed,,, suddenly i acn ride my bike without everyday exercise,,, repetition workout in imagination is powerful
LOL It may seem that way because a monologue is memorize and technically he has memorized everything he is repeating because he learned it all piece by piece and put it together into layman's terms for people like us, who are not biophysicist.
I've watched dozens of videos with Joe Dispenza and yes, he does repeat like it is a script because he tells the same story over and over. The info doesn't change, so his story doesn't either. The good news... it's great info and repetition helps us retain the info. 😊
Whenever I hear someone like him talking about "quantum physics", my skeptic senses tingle. Has he really studied quantum physics or has he learnt pop-sci anecdotes about it? Because although the latter always sounds amazing it's also nearly always based on a misunderstanding of what quantum physics is actually saying, and I wish people could be more honest about that.
