I suffered 2 years😭😭.. Indeed this is a new phase of my life and Life is not easier as it was earlier. I was constantly comparing myself to the kids who were doing well and got depressed because I was a topper earlier and I was questioning myself every single day why I am not able to be like my old self ,besides this too much pressure from my school and parents, not having true friends to even share my condition made it even more worse..😭😭😭 Which me luck I'm starting again from scratch stronger 🙂🙂

I was labeled as "gifted" and definitely fell into the trap of complacency during my time in high school. I had to learn that the things that take the most time to grasp are typically the most valuable. Great video!

@Outperform, I do not want to sound like a hater, I just want to have a meaningful discussion. The "work harder = get results" idea seems like a comforting lie to distract yourself. You might have been the smartest at one point, got good grades, maybe even got into a good university. But if you actually started to fall off, what if you are failing because you are working directionless? That is, you failed because you had no plan in the first place where you want to go. Don't you think that this would be a better explanation of this "young prodigy not achieving anything" phenomenon? In other words,, you are failing because you lack strategic planning and not because of insufficient effort.
I think he probably meant that in the perspective of a talented person, meaning that they may have been called "talented" or "gifted" at a younger age which may lead them to having developed a messed up view of things and high expectations. So him saying that you're in a different phase in life probably means that you've grown now and the low effort high result game may not work anymore. So you need to forget about the past and focus on where you're at now.
