If you have footage of the welding i would watch it. I am also a welder, and have lots of tips. I graduated the top 2 yr welding program in Ontario Canada with 5 welding tickets, including passing all 4 stick welding tests to achieve overhead welding tickets. I havent watched weld tube in a while, i been on a soil adventure. Welding is awesome, but lawncare is way healthier of a life. ❤

There's no doubt you guys tackled a big project. I can't even imagine trying to do something on such a scale with just Michel and me. We work on little things, like swimming holes and gardens, and we're completely wiped out. So... maybe when we're ready to work on the house we'll call you guys to bring your table saw and we'll all get it done. LOLOL!!! Just kidding... although our new video is up now showing everything we've been working on. And I must say--your deck is gorgeous. You're really going to enjoy that. This project will entirely, 100% be worth it once it's finished. 💖

Hahahahahahahaha we would be happy to be your cheerleaders and help where we can :) that’s just as intense work, working in the jungle is no easy task, even just walking is hard 😂😂😂 I really hope we will feel that way when we done. Prob be 100% grey by then 😂😂😂

Too late now, but there is a bit you can buy that wont let the deck screws go in too deep. Deep screw holes collect water and rot the wood quicker, but if the screw is just 2 mm into the wood, you wont catch it, and its not deep enough to stay wet. I built 1 deck with a friend and he had the bit in the driver. Hope this helps someone. Its not a huge deal, but its a nice invention.

We looked but couldn’t find them, our friend said we should do this and then cut out the plugs to match the wood before varnishing. We have put plastic on top to avoid any further damage as we did notice the water was sitting in it. Do you wanna come do some lawn for us 😂 have no idea where to start and we keen to have some in front of our balcony. If it doesn’t work we will put gravel.
