🙃 this is the best video, because no matter how many successful events we may have had - there always seem to be some unique negativity that challenge us when we least expect it. i find myself coming back to this lecture over and over again. or maybe my imagineering is just really cr@p.

Lila have questions so how do we stop those negative thoughts ?

Don't try to stop them, just watch them so you learn not to become identified with them. You can instead use them as a tool to see what you want instead and catch the feeling that it already is, especially as you drift off to sleep and if you are triggered or inspired to re0visit that feeling during the day. Simply ask yourself, how would it feel if what you want instead is your present reality. THAT feeling, marry it, be faithful the best you can. Then drop the lovely seed and go about your life enjoying and being thankful for all the good that is already there, this gives your lovely seed and fertile soil to blossom from. 70x7, as long as it takes.
