Honestly my best technique has been setting screen time on my phone, setting up with an email I don’t have the password to, and a passcode I don’t know. This way I cannot access porn sites on any of my devices. Yes I went to that extreme and when there is no way, your mind will find something else to do. Just be conscious of the pages you follow on Social Media, be mindful at all times.

I think, like anything else, this sort of activity is dependant on intentions and your values. This universe allows for basically any activity, for a reason. But yes, for many men, they fall into these habits out of boredome and lack of inner direction, and end up expending a lot of energy that goes to...kinda sketchy people, money, staged and fake events. I'd like to add that most/much of the toxicity is the aimless clicking/scrolling/swiping, looking for content. There's something emblematic in this, and the energy goes in a multitude of directions.

The number 1 thing that turns me off is thinking of a large truck hauling 2×4's of wood. The sound of the truck and the wood bouncing around always kills an erection for me lol. I would do this when I was in church during my elementary school years.

I imagine myself as a thirsty, lustful, disgusting little hunched over goblin glued to the screen and drooling like a beast in heat. It works for a while because it snaps you out of the hypnotism of corn sites. You realize how screwed up it is to be trapped in that PMO loop.
