Ok, one more thing that I'm so excited to share with you, that may help you, if you're not familiar already. So, Dr. Jill Bolte-Taylor, her book, "Whole Brain Living," and her TED talk (her first one, that incidentally was the first viral ted talk, but it happened during covid, so it went under the radar, apparently)-check it out! Short story long, she identifies 4 brain areas/characters. The ego, according to her research, lives in the lower left brain while the higher self lives in the upper right, I believe. I started directly telling my ego to pipe down and I would talk to my right brain to converse with my H.S. It is pretty effective for me! Thank you so much for the messages. I have been working on a video trying to tell my story because I had a TBI 26 years ago, and I don't have memories but have come so far in the past 3 years since I started my spiritual Journey.
