I think one way to make this faster is in some rare cases, the person on the left should help plate. Only way to do that is to put the rice on the plate when they put the plate down to pick up the wrap. It would slow down the person on the left (if that is the only thing to grab), but would speed up the person on the right. I only see this being used when there are two orders to pick up at once, and at the end when the person on the right had more to chop.
