I've never owned an OCD but one thing I know about them is that different versions apparently sound better than others. When I was looking at them I was pulling my hair out because different people have different opinions over which version was best. But after watching some videos on them I knew it wasn't the sound I was after, so I moved on. I'm looking for a new higher-end overdrive pedal after selling my T-Rex Diva Drive (another transparent overdrive). I have a short list but I'm not in a hurry because I have a cheap Caline pedal (Tube screamer type) that's actually very good.

Caline is actually a Bluesbreaker kinda Circuit. So it's more on the Morning Glory kinda things.

Wouldnt you also use a clean boost to click on when u need your lead to stand out with the ocd? Or with the morning glory if you want a punchy rythm ?

Thanks for this great video! so if I use just one overdrive pedal for worship guitar, should I found just one sweet spot that can cover all mild mid or big moments?

With one overdrive pedal, I would suggest using your volume knob on your guitar as a way to change the dynamics of your playing. The louder it is, the more the overdrive pedal will distort the sound. Or you can play with dynamics- i.e. strum harder on louder parts and softer on quieter ones (if you use a compressor, turn the mix or attack down). That will make the drive affect your tone in different ways. Hope this helps!
