Stevie greatly inspired Prince and vice versa - according to them both. They are gems - Stevie has an ever longer catalog! I loved A Time to Love by Stevie with Prince on some songs!

For me, more than say "Ribbon In The Sky" or "As", this is Stevie's greatest ballad. The lyrics are smart, clever, poignant, and heartbreaking. It doesn't hurt that the music itself is beautiful as well. Tugs my heart every time.

Stevie can do No Wrong. He is a Genius! This came out when I was fresh out of High school. I Lived on a steady diet of R&B, Metal & Jazz. Stevie Wonder and Earth Wind & Fire were at the top of my R&B playlist. Love the way you appreciate the best music has to offer. Keep it up! 👏👏👏

Great reaction into Stevie's '80s hits, which don't get mentioned as much compared to his '70 tunes. Ms. Lizzie, there are so many gems to be found from the era that your mother and many of us grew up in. I loved watching, and hearing, your reaction to this fine diamond. If I may suggest, there's an album that I would like to hear your reaction to, at least a couple of the hts from it, anyway. It came out in 1972 by lead guitarist Jeff Beck and the album is called Jeff Beck Group. On the album I would love to hear your reaction to: "Ice Cream Cakes" and "Sugar Cane." This is a more mature and sophisticated sound and expression of love by Stevie. His 1967 hit I Was Made To Love Her is his younger, less experienced self expressing same subject. It has an upbeat tempo, tasty harmonica and it might be interesting for you to react to as comparison.

I remember LiveAid. It was amazing! Stevie Wonder is a personal hero to me. He changed my life. LOVE the man. (Lizzie: You should check out 'Wild Is The Wind' by David Bowie. I think you'll like it. A lot. The official video on line is only about 3 minutes, the original on the album is over 6. Both are great.) Big love from Toronto.
