Hey there, I'm wondering if I can do the Cinnamon Pass and Engineer Pass in a clockwise direction from Lake City with Toyata RAV4 AWD Rentalcar. Thanks for advice. I'm kind of experienced on rough gravel roads and got the whole day. And yes, on anither day wanna do the Ophir Pass eastbound, how doable is that?
Awesome video. I see y’all left your trailer at a “camp site”. We will be doing the alpine loop beginning of July with our “DIY Trailer”. Just curious as to why y’all didn’t keep the trailer with y’all when y’all were exploring. Is it not allowed/permitted, or just a preference? And again, super awesome video.
In case you return to the loop, which is such a cool area, the pronunciation of Ophir, in this area, is O-fir or O-fur, not O-fear. Yes, it obviously is the old world biblical name, which is pronounced as ya'll did, but it's America so...
@@SamAndrew27 Yeah, Ouray has to be the most difficult city name to pronounce in Colorado. People easily slaughter La Junta, Poudre and Buena Vista as well. My dad had a unique pronunciation for Pueblo that always turned my head. Ha!
