Day 1 of my 6 day walk on the Overland Track Tasmania Possibly a little bit enthusiastic with the amount of video on Day 1 but it will get less as the trip goes on and hopefully my editing will get better ;)
Hi Danny . Great video , very informative and great commentary . Well Done ! I have been to Cradle Mountain 3 times in the past 3 years and done some of the tracks such as Marion's Lookout ascending just past Dove Lake past the boat shed and then descending down past Lila Lake , Wombat Lake , Crater Lake . I definitely will be going back there again very soon . Cradle Mountain area is simply amazing .

I love your honest view on the climb to Marions Lookout. Whilst I didn't struggle, I had to climb down and save my hiking partner. I plan to do the track with my kids and will show them this video!
Will be walking early January and am a bit apprehensive about day 1. Thank you for showing the difficult parts, now I know what to expect. Great work, will go through all your 6 days.
+Dove Dundee Thanks, you will be fine. Day 1 is no where near as hard as you may think it is. In fact the whole track will turn out to be a lot easier than you are imagining ;) Good luck and i am sure you will love it.
