Chef Judy Ann, have you tried adding fruits (fresh or canned) or just add on the side to balance and cut out some of the richness ? I am thinking of maybe fresh blue berries or strawberries ??? what you think?

I apologize if my comment sounded so rude. However, I wasn't pointing out the bad thing about this video. I genuinely wanted to get the exact measurements of the ingredients so I could copy the recipe correctly. I made Maja Blanca before amd I failed on the taste of it, same ingredients different measurements. And I was fascinated with the additional cream cheese, because it's the first time I've seen made it like that. I wondered how it'll taste. So I really wanted to remade in my own kitchen. Gosh why would I be explaining so thoroughly about my one comment. It's just asking for measurements of the ingredients. If the community of these kind of people being like that... What's the point of me asking. I wonder who's trolling who?

Ms Juday.. always have been a fan❤️🥰 I have a question, I tried your recipe last night and it is delicious, but it has that gritty feel in your mouth that maybe from the cornstarch ? Would it have made a difference if it was dissolved in water first and added it last as thickening agent rather than in the beginning process in the powder form? I love the cream cheese idea! It made a perfect balance of sweetness and subtle saltiness. Thank you.
Wowwww with cream cheese.....I'll be trying this extra ingredients next time. Sounds awesome. What i did with cornflour, I mixed sugar and c/flour then add evaporated milk, whisk or mix till sugar dissolved, set aside. Add this wet ingredients last once the other lot of mixture is gently boiling. Sweet couple.

Tried it but replaced creamy cheese with just just quick melt cheese. did your suggestion of mixing it with the maja when it cooled down a little bit ao it wont melt. So yummy. my husband said so delicious. thank you for sharing your recipe.

Looks good and kakaiba, ung lasa nya feeling ko beyond sa classic na maja blanca bcoz of many ingredient,,sa una maninibago but im sure it will hit the taste of every first timer. One thing lng, mas okay cguro if after maluto,ska ilagay ung latik rather than after i chilled..pra mas kumapit ung latik. Same with other malagkit recipe. 👍💞

Idol jud, help Naman Po, favorite Po ng mga anak ko Ang strawberries palagi palaman nila strawberry kahit sa mga biscuits strawberry parin. The problem is pati cake ganun parin, Hindi na kaya ng badget Kasi PO ang mahal, Meron kb medyo adjust ng ingredients to make a simple strawberry cake? Andun Yung PC's ng strawberry. Salamat idol.
