By daily sign in for 21 days to get 210 unishard and most of them are from monster riot. On average you can get 35 to 45 unishard daily from monster riot.

You can get 1500 to 1600 unishard in a month.

So according to this calculation it will take 2 to 3 months to overlord lugia, rayquza, or ho-oh. Because these three Pokemon take 4000 unishard to OL.

It is based on your gameplay. If you are a VIP player then OL Ho-oh is the best option. And lugia is also good for starter and mid tier gameplay.

But making OL as F2P player is troublesome you have to constantly play monster riot and login for atleast 21 days to get 210 free unishard.
