It's called "Dragon Slayer" if I'm not entirely mistaken and "Isidro Rocks" in the same OST is a variation of this theme btw. He could also continue covering the Evangelion 3.0 tracks if we talk about Shiro Sagisu: "God's Gift", "God's Message", "It will mean Victory", "Out of the Dark" and so many more from this OST alone are worth covering :D
