A lot of shows/mangas tried to replicate Overlord by doing "main character is spooky" thing but they all lack one crucial component. Good character writing. Overlord is one of those things that will make even people who don't really like the premise get invested. With this one neat trick of having really interesting characters the show/book focuses on.
The endings are very good too, especially ed 3 and 4. And yes it is an Isekai anime. Would like you to check out Re Zero opening and endings too if you have watched the show.
Good reaction man! I haven't seen the show because it's not my cup of tea but the openings are pretty good. The endings are beautiful tho, so you have to check them out!
Love this show. Definitely has a different perspective on whos the bad guys. If u could at some point do Black clover ops or Kingdom ops. Either way u have my continued support.
