Overlord Season 3 Episode 03 Reaction 

Lupisregina has a dual personality, almost. She's secretly, insanely sadistic and her greatest joy is watching "insects" suffer and die. The rant about Enri falling for Agu and breaking N'pheria's heart was a random thought / joke that she found to be absolutely hilarious. The reason Agu was told to stay away from her is explained in the LN's that she looks at the goblins with complete disdain as if she was looking at cockroaches running around her kitchen and the Goblins all know this. Enri has some skill that allows her to compel the actions of atleast Goblin's and Ogres. In the previous episode the goblins were saved by Enri shouting "duck" and evading the chain attack. The reason for the random cut away to Ainz was because Enri was describing exactly what Ainz was going through while complaining about her own situation. "I'm suddenly put in a position where people worship me when I'm just some random person. Then I have to go places I've never been and do things I've never had to do before. I must be the only person who knows what this is like". Ainz lifts his head and says "Hm?" as if he can hear someone talking about him.

When it skipped to Ainz it was because of what Enri said she felt like she was the only one with those problems but we know of a person who has the same problems

Enri saying both Naberal and Lupusregina are beautiful, scored points with Naberal by saying nice things about her sister battle maid. Seeing Hamusuke in the shadows implies Momon had a word with the receptionist that's why the radical change in attitude. Now Enri taking care of the goblins by furnishing new arms increases her command persona (a good commander takes care of his men).

Lupusregina immediately deduces this and therefore suggests asking Ainz for help, but Enri refuses because they have already received many favors from this great magician and want to try to do as much as possible on their own first. Now, we already saw in the first season that Ainz saved Villa Carne from the false knights sent by the Slane Theocracy, but in the novel they tell us that later Ainz ordered to lend the survivors a large amount of food that they could return in very convenient terms and In addition, some golems that can work are tiring to repair many of the structures and build the wall that now protects the town. Momon already has a reputation for being a very civilized, humble and correct person, which is why everyone believes that he asked his "friend Enri" to make the request officially anyway, out of respect for the institution of the Adventurers Guild. But the receptionist treated Enri badly because of the little money she had and now all the staff is afraid that they have offended the only Adamantite Adventurer of E-Rantel. So Ainz calms everyone down and then politely asks them to tell him the content of Enri's request. This is why the receptionist quickly returned to the young villager and almost begged her to please tell him her details. The rest of the events are represented correctly and by the final scene we see the true personality of Lupusregina, who is a cursed sadist who enjoys seeing others suffer. Enri was suspicious because for some reasons. ,first by the horse that pulled the cart in which he traveled.that was a heavy war horse, one that only nobles or high level adventurers could get , it didn't match with enri's clothes that were simple and peasant, and since she had no weapons with her they thought she would be a magic caster Enri has a very strong physique, compared to other peasants, which made them suspect that she was not really what she claimed to be. They called a magician from the guild and detected that he had an extremely valuable item. which makes them even more suspicious of her

It seems you completely missed this aspect from last episode, but enri's words can control the actions of monsters. Last episode her telling the goblins to duck, caused them to duck against their will (that's why it zoomed in on her after that fight in the woods last episode). In this episode, her telling the ogres to lower their heads also visibly shows that it had an affect

Remember almost everyone in Nasarick is "evil" (has karma/goodness of zero or negative) and almost no one is human. Lupisregina is a sadistic werewolf that hates humans and loves seing "lesser creatures" suffer. Even so, everyone is loyal to Ains and will do his biding regardless of personal belief Btw that "random cut" to Ains was because Enri describes her situation veri much alike Ains situation about being a random-normal person that suddenly is revered and has to act as if

don't forget all the npc form overlord are not good and ainz have to set them in line or npc will kill any one for food & items.

In case you didn't understand what happened in the main town, after incidentally bumping into Enri at the checkpoint station, Momon sent Nabe to check what Enri needs... then he used his influence to help her behind the scenes... - for some reason, a lot of people have a hard time understanding what's happening in this episode...

basically Ainz had a word with her boss, which is why thew woman in the adventures guild changed attitude. What regina says here is her own hopes and personallity shining through. She's the kind of person who wannt to hang out with you, and generally kind on the surface, but she's really doing it because she want to know you to best know how to crush your spirit. Aka her personallity is play the friend but be your enemy

I am loving the surprised pikachu faces everytime a Nazarick character reveals their true selves. Maybe one day he'll learn but for now it makes for some great reactions.

Enri used a skill don´t knowing that she had one (she is becoming a comander because all she has under her control and that was a comand skill) About the ending scene... just remember that the tests are needed to proub existence for Nazarik and for them they are lower forms of live. She was born as a sadistic and/but the orders are the orders.

I thought Nabe won't sit if Enri not mentioned that she's beautiful as Lupisregina. Funny how everyone in E-Rantel highly Respect Momon so no one even dare to mess with him, but Enri didn't know what just happened 🤣

I've mentioned the Karma system on a previous video, but yeah. Nazarick is full of monsters on both sides of the scale. It probably (very likely) leans more to having more evil characters due to the players preferences when making the guild. So yeah, it's not shocking there is some very twisted personalities (especially among the characters made by the 41 original members, the Guardians, Pleiades, etc.). For the record, Lupisregina is -200 Karma, so quite evil but not actually at the level of horrors and attrocities. She just....I dunno how to put it in "safe" terms, but she's just a sadist who derives A LOT of pleasure from other's misery.

Buzzing for when you get to the end of this season. It's a real game changer

Lupusregina is gonna get in trouble, but it is also one of the f ups in the anime in how it is displayed.
