Here my theory, what if spirits that excepted that they have passed get to roam free and talk to the living etc but the spirits who don’t except the fact they are dead are stuck reliving their death until they except it?

"Are you walking around the building?" "If I could." This relates to Elton's loop theory, the ghost is maybe saying they would walk around the building if they could. Meaning maybe they can't walk around cause they are in a loop. Maybe they just got a brief second put of the loop to say it.

If they are in a loop then they wouldnt talk at all, thats the thing. They cant communicate if they are in a loop. Only thing they know is that memory and they are just reliving it. Plus, were the killers even dead?/ did they die there? Atleast that is how it usually would be. Maybe this is different. But personally, I dont think the loop thing is a go. "If I could" could also be because he is stuck in the batcave, he cant walk around the building - just that one room.

When they were leaving they said we should leave before the loop starts again. Maybe the loop stops for a moment then restarts.... none of us really know actually. We aren't ghost. Nobody really knows what goes on when you become a spirit so 🤷‍♀️

I'm just going to put this out there, this "loop" they were talking about is called a Death Echo. A Death Echo is a spirit or supernatural being reliving their final moments on earth. There is a theory that the only way for someone/something to be broken out of this "loop" is to be reconnected with someone they recognize/have a relationship with. I don't know if many people know about this or not but I felt like it needed to be put out there and for this to not be looked past.

Those spirits in a loop are often called Death Echos. They are trapped in a loop of there death, reliving it over and over. Some times they can be broken out of them by someone important to them or being avenged but most are forgotten.

I don't normally hear alot in these. I was just kind of amazed that after Corey asked "were you a prisoner here?" it answers with "I slit their wrists" and no body heard it. 🤷‍♂️
