What was the temp of the brisket when you pulled it out after 12 hours before your wrapped? Around 160-165? Looks great btw and would like to do this recipe.
@@jimwalsh77 I do dat side down. I think but helps the bark on pellet grill. I rest a minimum of 2 hours can go to 4 or six. I just make sure to open the cooler occasionally to let some heat out.
