Bravo! When I was your daughters age, my Dad took me shopping for the vegetables to make a 28 quart stock pot of slow 12 hour simmering soup. It was an all day Saturday adventure at the market to learn how to choose the freshest produce, then how to cut them up and which vegetables went into the pot first to cook, so everything would be tinder at the same time. When the soup was done we tasted it, then set aside enough for Sunday's dinner and packed up the rest into freezer containers for later. The Magic to me was that the soup tasted much better when heated up the next day! I felt pride when later on a cold winter day, when we served 'Our Homemade Soup'.

I made it, but when I put it in the fridge overnight, the sugar filling melted when I got it out of the fridge, and when I cooked them, the melted sugar burned on the bottom of the cinnamon buns...and was hard.....

I am doing these for 10 years. Never fail. Always put them into fridge for 8 h or so. Using bread machine to make a dou... For topping 70g of sugar, as this has way to much for us. I like your truck with dental floss that's my grand mother trick for dumplings.
