8:02 around this time, lexi started saying things which made no sense. Like she wants action, then she wants calmness and stability, and looking at her face I understood how distracted and worried she looked so she was trying to say she wanted to communicate in a safe way, and i guess, the energy in that room didn't like her, and scratched her back.

I could've told you to not take photos with the characters. I was walking Times Square with a friend, he wanted to stop for a photo, but I tried to keep walking away. If you wanted a cheap service, just have someone clean your shoes for you.
