Such amazing recipes these are! I would definitely love to try these recipes soon. I use true elements chia seeds and consume it in the morning after soaking overnight in water. Thanks for sharing these recipes.

We boiled and cooled the milk. You need to use cold milk only and oats are not roasted. By morning they get perfectly soaked and delicious 😋.. Thankyou for checking out our videos 🤗🙏

Overnight has many advantages 😊😊 1. Will be ready by morning to have a healthy , weight loss breakfast 2. No need to wait until it’s prepared in the morning 3. It soaks well so that it’s digestible .. 😊😊😊😊
