The scene on the bridge - high winds are currently hampering the recovery. The overturned trailer is bouncing in the wind making it difficult to safely secure and remove it.
There should be patrols either side of the bridge when the winds are too high. You literally NEED to physically stop these idiots from getting on the bridge for everyone's sake.
I know - I live next to it and use it frequently. People don't read signs - being an ex HGV driver, I witnessed it most days. Anyone passing a certain point on the carriageway should be physically stopped by the authorities in the lay by next to the bridge, thus prevent them causing these problems.
