I really like how dlow has no issue appreciating his own work in the same way he can appreciate his opponents. It's really cool to see him being able to give his honest opinions without worrying about coming off as arrogant for not minimising his own art.
The way he throws the cap at 5:18 is just absurdly brilliant. The fact that a throw can appear so nonchalant yet have so much assertion is something I’d never thought I’d see. Combined with the outstanding camera work with the twist it makes it seem so powerfully disrespectful!
*_D-low overviewing the battle be like:_* *D-low reacting to him:* 4:55 That's sick dude 😎 *D-low reacting to B-art:* 8:51 OMGGGG WHAT??!?! 😮 I LOVE THAT SO SICK MAN 😱
Your round 1 against B-Art was honestly my favorite round of yours in the entire kickback. It was such a groovy and bouncy 90 seconds. I loved all of it.
This battle was amazing you both really tried to get into the finals and both of you guys delivered such an amazing battle! Love to both of you guys and everyone who is watching!
I have no desire to ever beatbox but I've been watching enough videos of this world and fully respect the art that is beatboxing. These techniques are unreal and these sounds to a freshear lad like myself sound so inhuman yet wildly entertaining
I just stumbled across beat boxing. Holy crap, you guys are insane. I kept having to remind myself those sounds are coming out of you, it sounds unreal.
This battle was actually the best battle in the entire kickback battle tournament! Although it was a semi final, but the energy and the quality of beatboxing was like as if it is the final round! Well done both of you! Big ups to both🇬🇧❤️🇳🇱
@@alejandromari6388 there is nothing that supports that claim except for him making a successful youtube series about it. Yes he is an outstanding analyzer but he is too focused on the beatbox being tracks and less focused on not only the beatboxers fundamentals and the rounds being actual battle performances such as the fact that he often misses out on counters and references to other beats. these two statements are the only 2 reasons i can disagree with madox judging
hey dan, I'm enjoying those reaction videos thank you so much for everything you've done. aaaaand one side note: try to fix the mic audio it's really low. other than that, keep it up my bro 💓
D-Low and B-Art in my opinion: two of the best beat boxers to have such a plethora of different sounds and diverse repertoire (or routines for y’all young kids) and it only keeps getting better. Much love for both of y’all!
Bro, hello, hello to you from Kazakhstan) I watch you, reactions and how you explain how and what to do) I've been watching you for a long time, thank you for being there)
6:59 the word of the day is cohesion. But tbh you have a unique way of stringing all the parts to a whole, because the next part tend to share a common denominator with the previous part. either though pattern or sounds. You really deserve all the praise you get
You're my idol *Dlow* I really wanna be a beatboxer like you one day You really Inspire me Much love from India 💖💖💖 Big ups man This was really fire 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
D-low i just wanted to say that you are the best! And you are a big part of why I got into beatboxing so thank you and keep doing what you’re doing man!
You 2 bring out the best in yourselves. Bart had to take some creative risks you're both technically amazing and a pleasure to watch seriously amazing talents probably one of the best battles I've seen kudos to both of you..
D-Low, I must say you are such a joy to watch. You can tell your reactions are not forced or fake. Your face actually turns red when you're impressed or excited about something. The face you made when B-art was doing the counter of you taking his hat was hilarious, I've never seen you make that face before.😂
@@alejandromari6388 Most of their reactions are funny. I liked their reactions from the Kickback Battle. There are some that are a bit over the top, but then there's So Close to Toast and Adi Kerang (spelling?). Some are good and some are cringe worthy.🤷
I think with B-Art I kind of know what to expect in terms of sound, with D-Low I hear something new every single time i hear him. Not taking anything at all away from what B-Art brings, as he's mad brilliant and one of my favorite technical beatboxers, I just feel more variety from D-Low (also one of my technical favorites). D-Low...thank you for sharing your talent and bringing us your channel! You inspire me to learn more about what to do with the music that's always playing in my head!
I really like seeing your take on battles. It's a fun window into the mind that swims in it. It's weird to hear people say "if this was live, then...". Like a guy once used to say; "if auntie had balls she'd be uncle".
For me B-art is slightly ahead, because I like his style more. I would be a fool though to not acknoledge how absolutely insane your rounds were. The overall battle energy from both of you was really fun to watch.
@Make Liebour History Well, if I was a judge, I would probably also vote for D-low, because he delivered insane rounds, but personally I just like B-art's dark, grimey ( I hope that's the right word. My mother tongue is not english) style more.
Yeah I think for me it comes down to style as well so I’d go for B-Art too~ had no problem with dlow getting through tho I mean we definitely got a sick final out of it🔥
@@edelzocker8895 B-art's sound appears to take inspiration from Noisia (Dutch drum and bass). I think both are grimey, but this is like UK style vs Dutch style in almost perfect execution. Brilliant battle.
Anyone else hear “I’ll catch you slipping” in his inward base after the line “I’ll catch you slipping in the beat”. It was a nice touch if intentional, it sounded really good.
