Oh no that isn't the case the guy who wrote the lines for it confirmed that he just simply didn't have enough time to write nicknames for all of the heroes, but he would like to hopefully get the rest of them next time around if it does come back.

It’s the same voice actor but there’s no muffle effect form the gas mask on his voice and there is an echoey effect from being an announcer they put on all the announcer voices.
