Overwatch 2 illari still unlockable practice range challenges

The outburst thing doesn’t work for me on console. I’ve read all the suggestions and idk how the high jump thing is supposed to work. I’ve tried it all

try ulting and as do the outburst as you are falling to the ground that's how i managed to complete the challenge

Michael jacobson 1st i like to ask did you do what I did in vid up to the 15 sec mark under where it it practice range under the character head it's say on my side as you can see challenges active please make sure you made sure those are active 1st

When i go into challenges and heros it shows me active hero as mauga how do i switch it to illari? Please help

Tbh I did all the other challenges but when I go to the game It says locked and I can't win games with her with it locked let alone select her even tho the challenges are on

How do you activate her challenges?!
