It's true 😂 when I speak normally youd assume I was born here in Canada or even just over the bridge in New York state but when I'm getting angry or especially when I drink suddenly you can tell my ass is from Mississippi lmao

There's some heavy implications that Moira was a key player in causing Overwatch to fall, and how she may have already been working for Talon during the time of Retribution.
There is also the fact that she's at her peak unstability when speaking to Sigma, and solely because of how perplexingly annoying him and his questions seem to be to her
I love how she does not care who she is working with as long as she has access to fundings for her researches and experiments. Nothing is important other than her goals.
He's crazy, but still a genius. She probably senses some brilliance, only for it to spiral into not mattering anymore and thus wasting a lot of her time when she goes down the rabbit holes with him.
@@colboy123 nah I like her voicelines, attitude, hair, skins, move set, everything about her, and she's support. i play Ana as well so aim aint the problem.
she references Mercy injecting herself with nanobots that slow her aging and lenghten her life drastically. The nanobots are the reason she had autoheal in OW1 and stronger autoheal in OW2. Moira is probably salty that Mercy calls her self-experimentation out while doing that herself.
@@faeriesorceress Yea Mercy is a hypocrite, but considering her name and design it's not out of reach to assume she has "holier than thou" personality.
@@faeriesorceressalso Moira calls out Mercy’s reasoning. The main reason why Mercy can wait for a century for a progress is because she’s practically immortal, while not everyone, not even moira has that privilege. Moira is interested to have results NOW
I love the double entendre with her first Sigma interaction. The titles read "I expect I'll be testing my patience" but could also be "I expect I'll be testing my patients" like the injuries will give her new tests to perform on all her comrades and colleagues. Healing them, of course, but maybe not in the conventional way.
I love the, at least somewhat softer and more jovial voice lines she gets with former Blackwatch members. It helps humanize her character a lot. Even if she’s the morally gray scientist archetype, she’s a human person and she’s gonna have people she cares about
I like the widow and rein lines especially She treatens them when they likely could easily kill her as far as they know I can imagine widow getting nervous as she asks how she feels because if she defends herself too strongly it'll be seen as her showing fear
Genevieve still delivers these lines so well! Love her as Moira so much💜💛 Surprised they never finished the interaction between her & Sigma that was suppose to be in the first game before Michael Chu left. iirc he asked her about where the main component was. Must’ve been scrapped. Regardless their current interactions are the best
I dont even plau this character but she's one of my favorite personas in the game. She is so certain of her own competence and success that she is not intimidated or concerned with the whims of anyone else. She always appears to be 3 steps ahead. Great villain.
Well, it is theorised that the damage on her arm is not from her experimenting on herself but it's rather her own weapon that is doing that to her as it is sucking her own life away. She is "withering away".
I think, maybe, we're about to find out with the new animated series coming out in season 6! Dr. Liau is seen in the teaser being in awe of (what looks like) an Echo prototype
Moira isn't intimidated by anyone, her primary goal is just to create breakthroughs in human evolution and she would do anything to reach that goal, even joining Talon. I believe the only reason why she joined Talon was because of the equipment Talon provided for Moira.
Nope! It's not "nah", it's "Na" which is salt on the periodic table. She was actually answering his joke, which is why he laughed! Kinda like Junkrat's "he he", which is the marker for helium. Winston laughs at that, also. So she wasn't put off, but shows that she actually has a sense of humor and maybe even a love for science puns. -Sincerely, a person that absolutely LOVES science puns!
@@dykesupernova he actually laughs at all the answers from all heroes. but i think you're right, Moira would never say "naahh" in such a casual way, her referring to Na as in sodium would make way more sense for Moira.
Rein: Moira I should crush you like a bug for what you have done Moria: did you know that certain centipedes kill prey fifteen times their size? Rein: what are you saying? Moria: I'm advising my prey not to test me Rein: ... HAMMER DOWN!!!
I think there’s one missing where she eliminates Soldier 76 I think, (maybe other Overwatch members?) and she says “all that trouble…. For what??” In the most cynical way. I absolutely love it.
Necrotic Orb which was an ability which was like the Orb ability except it has its own cooldown which what it did is if it managed to hit an enemy with that it will reduce their damage dealt by 75%. Pretty much the ability itself didn’t work out too well and it was removed shortly after the second Beta concluded.
i mean when shes the reason he's in agony and being ripped apart and put back together again at every single moment of every day you kinda end up hating her lol
If you play OverWatch and watch Star Wars it should be known that moira's voice actress is the one for Mon Mothma the founder of the Rebel Alliance since 2005 Star Wars Episode III Revenge of the Sith.
Killing rein as Moira is actually way easier than it sounds, she can heal herself with biotic grasp and fade away if he tries to dash her. If you throw a damage orb with biotic grasp it can melt rein pretty quick.
