They show more morality than most if not all Humans, the one that really got to me was him telling Reaper and 76 "Revenge, is not justice." I can imagine him saying a similar thing to an Omnic who was about to attack a human. Don't imitate your oppressor, be the person you wish they were. Be better than them...It...It literally brings a tear to my eye because, despite my philosophy being exact to Doomfist, I credit anyone who rises above such action or intent. Nope, the supposed line was "That was for my friend", however that line was a rumour for a while, but Micheal Chu finally confirmed it on the Blizzard forums that the line is not true, and has never been in game. I believe he said it doesn't fit his character. (As Zen is not a vengeful person)

He literally says by killing your enemy you become your enemy. And revenge is not the answer. So clearly that voiceline isn't going to ever happen. Its zen dude.

Though he does say; "You know your grudge is unhealthy... for you." (source: official zenyatta main and #1 zen stan)
