You probably didn't think about a future second Overwatch game at the time of making this video, but I'm pretty sure they were planning those Hanzo's ability shown in the short, to be on Overwatch 2. Probably to be a few of his upgrades. Most of the game companies plan the future of a game before it's even out, plan on so many things before we even know.
