We plant our capsicums (bell peppers) in large pots so they can be moved around.
Once the plant has started to shed it's leaves, stop watering, and move the plant into a frost-free area.
When you see the first buds and shoots on your plant, start to water again and move the plant back outside in full sunlight.
During the season, we use half strength fertilizer each week for three weeks, then the forth week we only use water on the plant.
