@@djchungus yup. That’s why compared to the original, this one sounds more full and nothing ends short. Plus, DS speakers aren’t too good so there’s that
Tbf there is still some compression due to RU-vid and the original track likely not being recorded in a FLAC format to save space. The only way to truly get an uncompressed version is to remaster the song with the original synths, and record it in FLAC
2006: i love this game! 2011: happy 5 anniversary to this game 2016: happy 10 anniversary to this nostalgic game! 2021: is the 15 anniversary to this nostagic game 2022: BAH BAH
I don’t think TikTok is ruining this song just because it’s a meme. I quite like actaully. I remember hearing the ”Bah” on my Nintendo switch at like Christmas of 2018
The only nsmb games that were actually new were NSMBDS and NSMBWII, the other ones were just shitty nsmbwii versions that didnt have anything new, not even unique bosses, just koopalings
@@30thCenturyToyboxTCTB_Gamingthat actually does have a good main theme. But Nintendo Mario music sounded like some corporate cutesy kiddy stuff during that period.
even tho i dislike this and mario nowadays bcs of loving sonic over him this still brings me tear since this game introduced me to platforming and i didnt even know sonic existed at that time
Same I remember everyday when I wake up or come home from school, I would always go straight to my DS and immediately started playing, man Its been so long.
Shout out to the kids who played this song while jumping in the air like Mario and shouting “yahoo.” Just kids being kids. Me and my cousins used to do this, man I miss it but I’m glad I’ve had the chance to
Played this game so much on my DS Lite back from 2006-2007. I even managed to get all the star coins and get this cool retro Super Mario Bros. skin for the wallpaper on the 2nd screen.
This song holds a special place in my memory of being a kid in the 2000s, as long before I ever played NSMBDS, I saw my cousin (who had also introduced me to Poptropica) playing NSMBWii and I heard the WII version of this song. It was the first time I had ever seen a Wii in person, and the controller confused me pretty hard when he loaded me into a Bowser Fortress level and let me try the game out. The image of a red Yoshi and the Ice Flower always stuck with me, and I forever associated this song with the mysticism of next-gen games.
@@brasen767 ok tbh a lot of people say all this Wii shit but I’ve only ever played it once. I’m a DS Lite player, not a 3ds player. You’re likely the npc
June 2006... This was the hottest game to come out for the Nintendo DS at the time... My family was gearing up to move from Silver Spring, Maryland to Orlando, Florida... My older brother was given this game as a Goodbye present by his High School friends... After I said goodbye to my Middle School friends, this game got me through the heartbreak of missing them during the move... I finished it 100% a year later, and while I eventually reconnected with these people thru social media, this song still holds nostalgic value to me...
I remember feeling like I got launched into the future after getting this game with my ds Up until this point I only knew about the Super Nintendo Didn’t know there were other games out there
I remember playing this game on nintendo ds or smt when i visited the states to meet my cousin. I still remember the overworld stage and it’s nostalgic as heck
