Dom, just so you know. In Santorini, most likely, you had a "complete tear of your acromioclavicular (AC) ligament and probably a partial tear of the coracoclavicular ligament". After that big front, you pulled that "half-healed" ligament again and now you are at risk of getting another complete AC tear (aka dislocation of your clavicle). Maybe it would be wise to do fronts only on grass for the next 2 weeks, giving some time for the shoulder to heal. You can work on stability by getting a "Bodyblade" from Amazon, check that out. Also, you can do any type of shoulder external rotation exercise to work on the muscles surrounding your damaged ligament, to "reinforce it" and help with scapular positioning. Get well soon brodda
@@jsims1617 XDDDD I like this. Simple! "time heals". However, loading the injured shoulder early with some gentle quadrupedal movements ("Horsestance dynamic") could be a nice way to introduce load to the injured shoulder early in rehab (as soon as pain allows you to), which helps speed up recovery by removing the fear of movement, or "muscle guarding", or spasms. Also research shows that early ligament loading increases ligament strength by 30% compared to wait-and-see approaches. I hope I was clear. Cheers
I was glad to see that you could actually walk away from a challenge because it was too sketchy. Take it easy on your noodle for a while until you are sure you are ok.
@@SPiRiT1theMC it's definitely shook his head and he needs to take it easy. Lots of sports shake your brain especially when taking them impacts. Even jet skiers get damage to the brain from the jolts they get from the waves!! (As an example)
Like almost every jump, it's like a practice run and then the real thing but when the real thing happens there's always some twist, no pun intended, that he throws in it. Dom you are damn legend man. Can't get enough.
wow! that's great to see that Dom actually knows his boundaries and won't do something if it's too much! That's a very reasonable person there after all.. despite the madness that me does on daily basis :D
No entiendo mucho de lo que dicen, pero sin duda es demasiado genial y me gusta mucho los...retos que se ponen en cada video, es como salir con amigos desde el otro lado de mi pantalla.
Unbelievable scenes! Thank you Dom for all this content this Uk tour is a madness!! Please take care bro... We need your videos! Still absolutely speechless... Levels!
That twisting diveroll onto the square thingy..WOW! Ex nurse here wishes a speedy recovery to your shoulder and poss concussion. The kids love your coaching
Dom should carry a rake around to prep landing materials 😆 "The police are up there waiting to talk" .... Dom: "Well what do they want to talk about" hahaha Straight fulkking legend
Bro you are insane and I love it!!! One of my favorite parkour athletes the way you push the envelope and the confidence you do it with. Keep it up and stay safe brother. Keep the content coming
Don't quite know how PK math works, but to a common man the 3m drop to gravel (that was too hard) seems like the softer option compared to 7m on to concrete. Go figure. Good stuff Dom and get well soon!
That's literally the injury that has me off work for 2 weeks and seeing chiro and getting x rays. Good luck recovering dom should be interesting to see how much faster your Wolverine body recovers than mine
Dom, I don’t know you personally but from watching your videos and seeing how you interact with other people even people you don’t know that are bitching you out and telling you all to vacate the property where your performing your jumps you stay cool, calm, collective and respectful which would make you an absolute phenomenal coach/trainer for any age group. One day unfortunately your age and your body will prevent you from doing this and when that times comes you sir should keep passing on your knowledge to the next generation. Just my opinion. Thank you for what you and all of your parkour family do. Take care and peace out!!
It’s so crazy to think that Dom was in my city and I didn’t even realise hahah!! I’m disabled and in a wheelchair, and Ive always always always wanted to capture a video of a parkour/freerunner doing a front over my wheelchair somehow (there’s a couple of ways that it could probably be done depending on their skill level..), if anyone knows of any spots in Leeds where people regularly train.. Like IMAX in London.. I would massively appreciate it so that I can eventually go there and get this front captured😅☺️ I hope that you enjoyed your time in the absolute dump that is Leeds🙃😂 Sorry about the terrible weather!
No way!!! 😍 my home city!!! I look at stuff all the time and think "could dom flip off this?" Now I know. (Oh crap, Leeds killed Dom! That sucks). A real shame you couldn't have spent more time on some of the smaller techy creative stuff around the university.
Just a quick let you know here, I have been past that dive-front in Leeds before, and my god is it a lot bigger in person. How Dom managed to find a “quiet time” to perform said stunt amazes me.
Thats crazy. i imagine ,if i would try jump in that spot i will land next to bridge with broken legs without reaching that building roof.!:)Respect guys, you are brave!
I've trained at leeds before. Always strange seeing someone youtube famous where you've been. Especially when it's arguably the best parkourist in the world lol.
