In the original version, at the end, he sings, "which one of us two was dumb enough to chose the other as a lover?". In this version, he says "which one of us two was smart enough to lose the other as a part time lover?".

***** he told me in person at a show a year or two ago that he didnt remember how to play in the morning before work which is also on this ep. they're old songs that aren't about his wife and he doesn't ever really fuck with em.

Wow same ! I think those two are dcfc best records even though Transatlanticism have seriously been growing on me (but for me it the start of their decline. Plans has just two Amazing songs (brothers and what sarah Said).

I love that this songs mentions bicycles and that breaking away is also a film about two brothers and cycling.

breaking away is about a guy who gets sold on cycling, and he finally gets to race against some Italian pro's and they're beeing not what he thought they we're. and so on and so on. you're thinking about American flyers with Kevin Costner.
