Owerri is generally a glorified village full of dilapidated roads almost everywhere. It is not worth it investing in such a backward town that’s why most imo indigenes prefer to live and invest in either Onitsha of Enugu

Ngozika estate is more beautiful than the Douglas house Owerri, let me not even mention Udoka or even Awka millennium city. Imo state is a failed state no wonder most imo indigenes prefer to live in Anambra
You see how Biafrans are hating themselves because of an estate. Who cares about which estates is between Imo and Anambra states? All the rich people living in this estate should have contributed some money together to build good roads around the estate. Looks really terrible as it is.
