I have a stampede and I love it have only had it a month and have broken it in half, had to completely rebuild it and it is now even crazier than it was before, nothing but fun with this thing! I'm going for a rustler very soon 😁 thanks for making some awesome r/c's
I used to think your cars were weak and all that. But now I own three and I love them, only problems is my slash 4x4 I can never get the gearing right but my stampede😤 I launched it 50 foot with my buddy and it still is goin on! Thanks for the greatness traxxas
Traxxas does the bigger tire necessarily mean its better at hydroplaning because of the surface area because you seem to use the slash often when if what I said up there is true the e-revo brushless edition or x-maxx would be better at it
I'm thinking of buying either a 4x4 Erevo or a 4x4 stampede. I want to use it for offroad and some road use, as well as grass and snow. Which would be the best car to buy?
Will these paddle tires work on the Maxx also? I ordered a Maxx and it should be here in a few days but I would love to buy those tires also if they'll work on my Maxx...
No way would I ever run my vehicles in sand, I've seen the destruction sand causes, especially sand and water mixed. great way to destroy your vehicle quickly. The sand gets into EVERYTHING, and I mean every bushing, bearing and everything else in between. It then acts as a cheese grader on all your parts, grinding and wearing things away. Takes forever to get all the sand removed, if you ever truly can. Cool vid though, since its not my stuff, lol
Paddle tires are a good way to break stuff, just saying. Be mindful of temps and drive accordingly. I learned the hard way, although now i have the mamba sct setup now in my slash because of it.
So should I get the Slash Ultimate 4x4 TSM OBA, or the Erevo Brushless? Mainly bashing; through average grass, a dirt field, concrete, and some ditches (basically everything bashingish). Will also be hitting some small jumps, and maybe (stressing maybe) do some track races. I think I just found a track like 40mins from my house but idk how it is. My uncle said there were people there a few days ago but he doesn't know who owns it. I know the Slash needs batteries and a charger, and the Erevo has ok nimh that needs to be upgraded.
Logan Jones If I'm correct the ultimate slash only adds aluminum parts right. Like I think that's the only difference besides that and the regular 4x4 TSM OBA, amd no battery or charger in the ultimate
I would get a slash, especially if ur gonna get a oba. The erevo is a bit unstable but the slash would be better for racing I think. But get whatever makes you happy!!
