20:00 Same things happen with every Pg /flat student in whole Delhi, Only good thing is you are earning you left 20k, think about students specially whose financial condition is not so well. In Delhi Pg owners Charge Rs10/unit to students while in whole Delhi Electricity was free, and meter ka pta nahi kya krte they vo log, 1 fan 1 Light consume almost 3 units in 24 hrs. U can't do anything about that as well Bcz every PG owner was like that only. Then they won't give security back which is equal to monthly rent almost minimum 8k to max 15-20k. from students. The only solution was either to cut security deposit from last month rent no matter what they u have to stick to that, that the only solution to minimize the loss or simply keep on record of everything do every payment online and in end call police, they are really helpful in such conditions for students.
