Owner Operator update on Load Board, Fuel, and more

I guess the load board wouldn’t be beneficial like dart for instance where you get spot market rates like 3 and 4 dollars a mile. Swift should really consider sharing more profit especially with teams. Team loads on the spot market always pays the most but under swift pay structure lease teams get the lesser pay because of longer miles. RU-vid has a lot of information and I don’t see how swift will keep drivers unless they are more dependent on new drivers.

What's with Swift not choosing to pay Owners percentage (with the exception of those that live north of NC)?

Hello watching in California but I’m from Minnesota. This was my first week with swift.

I got a question what happened to the good mattresses we had and is there a way we can get another one just as good?

Will the load board offer drop/hook loads? My driver leader told me it would only offer live loading & unloading and also only pay no more than 100 empty miles to get to the shipper from your current location.

What about fuel discount at Swift terminals and at truck stops ?

Must be consecutive in marketing for growth. Paridym must change growth in swift marketing department to be successful. Need to focus on more new customers/ retaining, adding lanes. Personal contact with customers makes a difference.

So the load board is OTR only? It can't be used to find regional loads? And you have different lease agreements for each division?

Rapid response is a joke. They take your money for whatever and never give you explanation. You have to solve the problem on your own.

Why nobody answer the phone. Never have the mileage. No load board because they don't have any experience in logistics . Flat rate is good for company and bad for owner operators . It's a survival you will only pay bills . NO MONEY FOR OWNER OPERATORS PLUS BALLON PAYMENT AT THE END IS INSANE..
