I totally understand what you mean with being ahead of its time. I bought 1 Bitcoin for 120 bucks, came to the conclusion, that usability is crap and sold it after a year with 10x. Even I was wrong for not holding it for long, I still think that bitcoin is useless in daily life. With ICP instead I am totally convinced, that this is the future. It will affect everything. Luckily I found it early, thanks to you.
I don't believe that BTC is totally useless.. it has found it's place as a storage of value by adoption, much like gold. However, I'm pretty much an ICP maxi and that's the only crypto I hold some for long term.

Since ICP has a max supply of infinity, doesn't that keep the max value down because the token is inflationary where as BTC has a fixed maximum supply and that keeps the value increasing because it's the first deflationary currency. Benjamin Franklin said that supply should be adjusted to accommodate economic activity. Is there something smart about how the supply is adjusted that I don't know about, or does it just grow and grow?
In may of 2021 some rich person bought in and pumped ICP up to 630 dollars that lasted a few hours then they took their money out, that got people interested in ICP and many people bought in at 250 down to 50 dollars so if you bought in now you should be safe until around 50 bucks that could be when the people sitting on ICP since 2021 might start selling, you could also look out for that same pump and dump scam to happen again on ICP ( just like gamestop ) then you could really cash out at a high profit, set your sell setting where you want to get out on your exchange. im very suspicious of all the youtube video coming out about ICP all of a sudden.
sounds good and everything with being able to do this with icp but i think its better to invest icp profits into a life insurance policy that gives you a percent of return per year on your invest and wont have to deal with the investment being locked up.

I have about 50 ICP and some SOL too. I'm not switching horses as both of them will go up in a bull market. It may not be the same percentage but there is no way of knowing which one will go further.

Since ICP has developers and a business entity behind it who can change the code and rules, that makes it centralized and vulnerable to government attack. You say BTC is centralized because large amounts of it are held by a few wallets, but that is a different definition of centralized. There is no company running bitcoin and there was never any premined supply. Did ICP have a premined supply? Can the company controlling ICP change the rules and add supply for themselves whenever they want? How is the growing supply of ICP allocated and what keeps it from growing too large?

I looked at ICP chart from inception: it started @ $700.00 & dumped precipitously down to a low of $2.87! Anytime I see a coin drop like that it sure looks bad. Any feedback on that? Thank u!
