Yes the generator was a plus for the other one and no there was no how water 😂 you can’t have everything for $33 😆 but due to the heat the poly tanks had the sun beaming on it so it was Luke warm.

Yes that’s what I said. It’s almost that $300 a week we was talking about. So my thing is, it’s just a tiny little place that was cut off from the main house. That had its own main gate and place to park a car. Imagine making 2 or 3 of these from that same house. Then we’ll be cooking with some good oil no doubt.

@@webelonginafrica44 even if you rent at 50% capacity with 3 of these your still at 290 dollars a week which puts you in range of a good quality life in Ghana. I guess if you can keep the initial build of the units under 50k, you will start to see a return on investment in under 4 years which is amazing. In Atlanta right now if you buy a house cash you won’t start to see a return on investment in at least 15 years. I don’t have 250k for a new house or 15 years so this sounds like a way better investment if you ask me.

Great idea is everything on One 70x100 plot of land? I would like to see the gate and separation. I have a similar idea but I want to put it on my half of plot and use the one plot for myself.

There are no plots available in my area. More developed areas can be around 6 to 8 thousand dollars. None developed can be 3 to 5 thousand for 80x90

@@webelonginafrica44you know we’ve stayed at 2 Airbnbs in Accra and both had washers. But guess what? They’re combos…washer and dryer combo. Please check your washer because I’m beginning to think the Accra renters forget to tell guests that the washers dry as well.

It depends on the area. You can get some very nice ones for about 50 bucks a month paying 1 to 2 years up front. I’ll find some to do a video on.

Thanks very much. My own Airbnb is not complete yet. These two spots In the video is just some spots we found right near the party strip for some very reasonable prices. I just had to share them with everyone because people are coming to pay for expensive Airbnb that don’t look as nice as these. I’ll still take those plants 🪴 at my place lol
