This video was initially a private unlisted video to share with my 2 mates that like cars (hence the swearing & ‘ultra exclusive premium content’) then I decided to put change the video to public and it quickly got thousands of views which I never expected So now I know there is thousands who wants to see this, I will make a proper full version of this video for you all Stay tuned for a VXR in 2024 Full Review!
I bought an Astra VXR 1 month ago.... I kept borrowing my Mrs Corsa Vxr then the Astra came up for sake in my mates garage... seriously one of best cars I've driven. Previously had an ST and before an M240 BMW.... neither were a patch on this. Love it 😎
With the change in outside air temperature (cooling down) the air in the tyres will contract and hence drop pressure. This was especially evident when we had the freezing temperatures 2-3 weeks ago.
I get the tyre pressure light come On mine in cold weather mate, but what pressures are you putting in them? I put 38-40 in them and there fine, I’ve also found the actual seals when they fit the tyres have to be done quite often in my experience. Infact yesterday I had to go get mine done again! But yeah the cars are awesome, honestly though get a res delete and stage 1 map on it the thing goes from amazing to unreal for what car it is
I’m sure I went 38 too mate, checked the doors and it didn’t have the pressures in PSI so just put them up to 38 and seemed fine Have you got a video of the res delete mate? Would be well up for getting it to get some more noise!
@@DecKelly1 I’ll see if I can get one for you mate, it cost me £90 to be removed but honestly sounds 10x better, pop and burbles a lot more, everyone says that these cars there no other car that sound like it, sounds different to any other car, the stage 1 takes that turbo lag away quite a lot which is annoying, but yeah I’ll see if I can get videos but type it on RU-vid mate there’s loads, it’s just the centre silencer but makes such a difference
@YourDailyDriver I'm seriously surprised the burg values have shot up like they have but on the same foot corsa clubsports have held really really well! I paid less than the current lowest miles for sale which is a 20k miles car for 11k and mines less than half that mileage🤣 best pointer I've had was the green burg corsa appreciating classics sold last year with 3k miles wish I could've got that belter of a thing
@@Kieran_OPC I think the thing is now with the vxr is they have stopped production on them, within 10 years I think the values for any vxr is gunna sky rocket
My father has one with the rare blue piping on the seat and electric lumbar and bolster adjustments including a fully forged and built trans Vectra VXR and a Zafira VXR
I'd consider buying a 69 reg but only because it's the last ever of the vxrs, I'm not a big gtc fan though the interior isn't for me but I've got a 68 reg corsa e and a grey corsa clubsport plus my astra h Arctic, love them all and just oddly coincident they're all the last of the run vxrs of the respective models🤣 only 9k milesnon my clubsport I've done like 150 miles since I bought it 3 years ago now
@DecKelly1 already worth more than inpaid for my clubsport, astras held well being an Arctic and the e holds pretty well too! Defo won't be seeing any but new an estate daily so.. full vxr conversion mk5 estate or a mk3 cupra leon 300 st🤣
Lol that was a message to someone else don't know how it ended up on here lol anyways love the vxr it's nice I have a vector vxr they are nice cars love them anyway keep the videos coming bud
