I hear you about the pain. I've been there and still take pain meds on a regular basis. I like that sheath and its stampings. Take the time for your back to heal some before you try to do any hard physical labor. The fence can wait and so can we.

Looks like I e done it this time. I can’t recall ever hurting this bad. I’m so close to having the fence project done! I’m probably going to have to take about 10 days off.
I have one of those copper and magnet bracelets I wear for my back. It helps. Not completely, but it is way better than using pain meds. Now if it would only help the pulled ligament in my knee... lol

Your preaching to the choir. I’m waiting for the aspirin to kick in so I can get out of bed. I used to force it with those doctor provided pain pills. They made things worse in the long run. If you hurt from over use, then use it some more, it’s gonna break.
I think I done gone and broke it. I’m hurting so bad that im getting back into bed. I have an appointment tomorrow to get a couple of recalls addressed on my truck. I’ll see if I can move in the morning.
@@bctruck Ice, heat and rest until it improves ,then, avoid irritating it . I’ve got ten years on you Brad. It doesn’t get better by over doing it. It gets real bad when you can hardly walk to get water. This is as real as it gets.
Yeah, it's best to stay in the shade when it's too hot. Better safe than sorrry. We are such fragile creatures. If you need tips on how to take it easy, check with your dogs for lessons.😅
I hope a day of rest eases you back pain. You are wise to stop using the pain pills. I think you wind up hurting your back MORE when the pill is blocking the pain and you go and overwork your back while it is trying to recover. HAPPY Day! Dr. Steve
