He didn't really show the house at all... 1. NO FLOOR PLAN 2. @1:39mins he says there i an oversized untility room to his left.... but never shows us the room lol 3. @2:08mins he says there is a huge pantry...... but never shows us it lol 4. @2:19mins he says there is a home office in here...... but never shows us the room lol 5. He misses out showing us the downstairs cloakroom.... i'm pretty sure there is one lol 6. @3:12mins he says there is a plant room and the changing room for the pool...... but never shows us the rooms lol 7. @5:08mins he mentions bedroom number 2.... but shows 1 second of the room lol 8. @5:19mins he mentions bedroom number 3 and just walks past it lol 9. @5:44mins he mentions bedroom number 5 and he shows about 3 seconds of that room lol 10. @5:57mins he mentions bedroomm number 6 and we get about 7 seconds of that room lol 11. @6:04mins he mentions a kitchen and a washroom but walks right past it lol 12. @6:38mins he did NOT fly over the property with a helicopter..... he used a drone to take the shots lol 13. @7:08mins he mentions a triple car garage and a one bedroom apartment but doesn't even show us that lol 14. @7:37mins he shows us 8 seconds of the music room lol 15. @8:26mins he couldn't even be bothered to show us inside of the barn lol You really need to stop masquerading as a luxury propert agent. If you can't be bothered to show us more than 20% of a property.... DON'T BOTHER
Nothing to do with this home just feel like sharing a story. I remember years ago I was at a clients beautiful home. She asked ‘what do you think of the interior’ I said ‘it’s dated’ My Colleages told me off… On our return the lady did up the home and said she appreciated my feed back.

@@DamionMerry Georgian style can look nice, but needs timber windows. The Upvc windows makes it look cheap. For 7.5 million I would expect something exceptional. The staircase could of been a statement piece, but looked more standard from B & Q.
