Black-eyed peas recipe:
Cook 1 or 2 smoke turkey tails cook for 1 hour prior to putting in the black-eyed peas
Add 1 bag of peas. Add Seasoning salt 2 Tbsp, 2 Tbsp garlic powder, 2 Tbsp pepper, 2 Tbsp onion powder. Tsp accent salt (optional)
Chopped onion
Tsp minced garlic
Cook for 2 hours on medium/ med-high fire
Oxtails recipe:
2 packages of Oxtails
Chopped onion
Chopped celery
2 Tbsp Seasoning salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, minced garlic
Tsp accent salt (optional)
Add ingredients to pot with meat
Cook on medium high heat for 2 hours or until meat begins to fall off the bones
(For thickness, use 1-2 Tbsp flour and seasoning mix with juice from pot or cold water, mix well pour into pot)
