Although not all may agree with this, in my opinion a clean professional image goes a long way to establishing credibility and client trust in this business. A clean business vehicle with appropriate signage, uniforms and clean professional grade equipment and proper personal grooming all work together to assure the potential customer that you are a true professional and will provide a quality service in their home.

You’re 💯 % correct…I work in the feild and at a supply/repair shop …always…ALWAYS look presentable and professional…it helps beyond measure

Love the new shirts Robin!!! This is a fantastic video! I do believe that one should have a uniform or something in those lines. The more professional you can make your business look the better in my opiinion.

Thank you, yet there are some that think uniforms are silly but there will always be dissenters so we pass them by.

There was one thing I forgot to mention and my wife pointed this out to me. Most of the time when I am cleaning in peoples homes it is the wife who is there alone. Arriving in a professional, signed vehicle and wearing a proper uniform with the business name embroidered on it and properly trimmed hair and beard is the appropriate image we as professionals need to portray. This gives the women the assurance the man they are allowing into their home while they are there alone is a true professional and helps to put their mind at ease.

Absolutely! Well said, I'd say 80% - 90% of the people I meet for the job are women. Being and LOOKING professional I think eases their minds when they let a strange man come into their homes.
