100 ml blood has 12-16 gram Hb. 1 gram Hb carries 1.34 ml of oxygen ( each molecule of Hb carries 4 molecules of oxygen or 8 atoms of Oxygen ) So 100 ml blood will carry approx. 20 ml of oxygen. And the blood delivers 25% of oxygen to the tissues. Therefore 5 litre blood will carry 1000 ml of oxygen. And thus it will deliver 25% of oxygen which is equal to 250 ml.

100ml blood carries 20 ml of oxygen, so 1 ml blood carries 20/100 ml of oxygen it means 1 ml blood carries .2ml oxygen thus 5000 ml blood will carry 5000 * .2=1000 ml of oxygen and 25% oxygen is delivered to tissues at physiological rest 1000*25/100=250ml so 250ml of oxygen is the answer

100ml blood = 20ml oxy 5l = 5000ml 100/5000 = 50 50 X 20ml oxy 1000ml ,body needs 25 % oxy at rest position 25/1000 = 250ml of oxy

*)Every 100ml of O2 blood carries =20ml o2 *)Hence 1ml O2 blood will carry =20/100ml O2 *)In 5000ml blood= 20/100ml*5000ml=1000ml *)5000ml blood will carry =1000ml O2. *)Therefore 25% of 1000ml O2 will go to tissues under normal physiological condition. Hence 250ml O2 ✔️

Mera bhi answer 250ml nikla hai Kyonki 100ml of blood contain 20ml of oxygen then 5l is equal to 5000ml so 5000ml of blood contain 250 ml of oxygen

But mam in oxygen dissociation curve in x axis the pp of oxygen is constantly increases then why oxygen haemoglobin dissociation curve shows sigmoid graph
